Both devices leverage photoplethysmography (PPG) sensors to optically detect blood volume changes and calculate HRV from the intervals between heartbeats. However, their accuracy may be lower than clinical-grade electrocardiograms (ECGs).Continuous HRV tracking can provide valuable insights into autonomic nervous system regulation and overall physiological strain.
